This is absolutely incredible.....there has to be some law that they are breaking that they can get sued for!!! BEST BUY and all retailers SUCK!

Never, ever trust Best Buy! There are so many pending lawsuits involving them around the country... =\

The only thing I would ever pay GeekSquad to do is to [b]not[/b] touch my stuff. I avoid Best Buy on most days, but I don't totally rule out purchasing things there if they have the best price. But GeekSquad? Nuh-uh, never.
