I'm taking hard classes online and decided to try and find study guides for one of them. I ended up on the textbook's publishers website where they have really good tutorials and even practive quizzes. It turns out that my professor is also using these quizzes. Is this cheating? I mean if it's public information I don't think it is..

UnregisteredI don't think so either. If they use questions from those sites then they should know the risks. As long as you aren't stealing answers everything is fair game. On the other hand, for your own benefit, maybe you shouldn't use them so you know you deserved whatever grade you got. Good luck with that class!
